What you will need to complete this form

• Payment of course fees. After you have completed this enrolment form you will be directed to our payment system. If you do not pay the course fees, your enrolment will not be processed, and you will need to complete the form again.
• Sponsorship. If your course fees are being paid by a sponsor and your sponsor is not able to pay these fees now, using this form, then please contact us by email at info@chichester.ac.uk , providing the name of the course and course code (above). Do not continue with this form because you will not be able to enrol without making a payment.
• Evidence to support reduced fee. You may be eligible to a full tuition fee reduction if you have a gross annual salary below £25,000 or if any of the following apply:
  • you receive Job seekers allowance (JSA)
  • you receive Employment Support Allowance (ESA)
  • you receive Universal Credit and have a take home pay of less than £892 a month (sole claim) or £1437 a month (joint claim)
  • you receive other means tested state benefits (not listed above) with take-home pay less than £892 a month (sole claim) or £1437 a month (joint claim)
